The house on hill
Bestiale locality, Magliano in Tuscany
From the late medieval village of Magliano up to the walls of the town of Montiano lies the Bestiale locality. This area, consisting of stony terrain and low, wild vegetation, takes its name from the wild pastures of cattle that have found their natural home there for centuries.
At the highest point of the hill is a simple and refined building, surrounded by a large porch that looks out over the garden on one side and the Argentario and the sea on the other.
The carefully renovated home revolves around the spacious and cozy living area, which is overlooked by the kitchen where the owners like to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes for friends. Modern and contemporary works of art enhance the furnishings in each room, creating an intimate dialogue that is never taken for granted.

All around the garden stretches the olive grove that has increased substantially in recent years, from which a fine, intensely flavored oil is obtained.
