The balcony over the Maremma
Roccatederighi, Roccastrada, Grosseto
At the end of the 19th century, rural dwellings were built in Maremma to manage the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. In this two-storey house, made of stone and brick, lived the family of the factor who managed the activities in the fields.
The house has remained intact over the years until the present owners gave it new life with a major renovation. Maintaining the same simplicity and tradition, they have restored the ‘balcony over the Maremma’ to its original beauty and style, integrating it with simple and refined furnishings.
The works of art collected by the owners guide people from the inside to the outside and lead them towards the swimming pool, the countryside and the forest. Breathtaking views of the Tuscan Maremma can be enjoyed from every corner.
