The House on the Gulf of Scoglietto
Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia, Grosseto
Punta Ala is a promontory that, seen from above, resembles the wing of an aeroplane. It is an unspoilt area of great beauty, populated by thick Mediterranean scrub. The marina is known for its sailing regattas and for being the birthplace of ‘Luna Rossa’, the famous Italian sailing club.
The house is located on one of the highest points in the area, from which there is a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Scoglietto. The house, surrounded by parkland, has three floors and overlooks the large swimming pool that seems to be lost in the blue sea. Its position, thanks to the conformation of the surrounding area, allows one to enjoy the sea and nature in an intimate way.
The rooms are functionally designed for a large family.
The architectural completion was conceived in an organic manner with the arrangement of the green space, which represents the inimitable value of the house on the Gulf of Scoglietto.
